At the dawn of the third millennium, civilised society no longer accepts that people can be victims of their working conditions, whether through accidents or occupational diseases. This increased respect for both physical and mental health is reflected in the strengthening of legal provisions relating to health and safety protection and in a general awareness of health issues within our society.
Safety at work
Safety
Organising health and safety at work – within corporate structures or on construction sites – is now a specialised activity that public and private entities must deal with. It is important to understand that neglecting any shortcomings could expose your organisation to civil or criminal proceedings.
Don’t be overwhelmed by these requirements. Integrate them into your activities, your construction projects and your infrastructure. Treat health and safety as an opportunity to have open discussions with your employees that motivate them and, consequently, improve the performance of your organisation or project.

Our team of site safety coordinators
Our office is committed to working with employees whose competence is officially recognised through diplomas issued by the Federal Commission for the Coordination of Safety at Work (CFST) and/or the association for higher professional training, STPS. They must also have professional experience in construction trades, so that they understand the realities of construction sites before practising safety there.
Our expertise
Orqual, a pioneer in safety coordination on Geneva construction sites for more than 20 years, has solid experience enabling it to promote the performance of safety management on any construction site entrusted to it.
Our key words are ANTICIPATION, COLLECTIVE and TECHNICAL. We anticipate all possible cases of insecurity to develop appropriate security measures in advance, favouring collective solutions of a technical nature.
The more necessary safety measures are anticipated, the more they are integrated into construction processes, and the more efficient and economical they are.
